Enquiries are delivered to the NORMAN sales mailbox and may be handled by authorized personnel and service providers supporting website hosting and email delivery. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated mass marketing.

Enquiry information is normally retained for up to 24 months after the most recent communication. It may be retained longer where necessary for an active quotation, customer relationship, dispute, security review or legal and accounting requirement.
